Opening for Digital Marketing - Lead/Sr Lead with one of the NBFC company
WHY THIS POSITION IS REQUIRED
We have a robust and fast-growing digital acquisitions practice. We need to create a robust campaign ideation, creation and execution machinery. This position will be a key cog to bring the same to life.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
DIGITAL CAMPAIGN DESIGN AND EXECUTION
- Spearhead a team of marketing specialists to deliver and run the digital marketing campaigns.
- Create innovative campaign ideas and benchmark against the best in class to deliver high customer engagement.
- Develop engaging, creative & innovative communications & design strategy for the campaigns.
- Develop the media plan & execute the campaign.
- Work with agency ecosystem & cross-functional teams within the function (tech, analytics, search) to successfully deliver the campaigns & maximize the output.
- Create a milestone charters campaign by campaign.
MOBILE APP MARKETING
- For key digital properties, develop a mobile app ecosystem.
- Lead the team to ideate, visualize and create apps, end-to-end from UI/UX, to content, app development, marketing.
- Drive performance marketing metrics for app.
- Should have knowledge of performance marketing & analytics tools tools like Flurry /Appsflyer /AdJust /HasOffers /MAT/Appsalar, Omniture/Mixpanel/Google Analytics Premium.
- Drive app rankings & SERP via ASO.
VIDEO PRODUCTION
- Undertake video marketing initiatives to promote these campaigns via videos.
- Ideate and create videos with the help of an agency ecosystem.
MANAGEMENT OF DIGITAL ASSETS
- Management of campaign pages on owned assets, relevant microsites and content portals
- Create annual campaign calendars in accordance with the brand & business strategy to drive traffic and engagement of these assets.
- Assess and manage campaigns across touch points
STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
- Work with leadership teams across functions to understand the objectives, use cases & implement the initiatives.
- Nurture and develop a wide range of partner ecosystem to deliver the objectives.
- Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders across multiple teams.
PLANNING, BUDGETING AND MONITORING
- Plan and implement the annual operating plan for the digital marketing vertical.
- Budget the digital marketing spends for the year, monitor and periodically re-appropriate.
- Plan and monitor budgets for partner ecosystem, media campaigns, app marketing.
- Identify cost control opportunities and plan organic marketing activities to deliver efficiencies.
TEAM DEVELOPMENT
- Lead, develop and groom team members to professional heights, playing a key role in their career development.
- Work closely with them to guide and enhance their work, improve their campaign deliveries and become a well- rounded digital marketer.
- Create opportunities for them to push above their weight and do great work.
- Clearly establish individual performance expectations and evaluation metrics, and regularly review individual performances.
- Effectively engage team and provide guidance/support for their professional development by nominating them for relevant learning courses, sharing insights on digital marketing and exploring newer capabilities.
- Align them to the company's culture.
- Guide them on developing their inter-personal and stakeholder management skills
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Ability to work in self-directed, fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- MBA or equivalent degree, preferably in Digital and App Marketing.
- Sound knowledge of UI/UX, content and app technology.
- Knowledge of various Social Media Platforms
- Advertising, Copywriting, Content Creation, Proof-reading and Editing Skills will be an advantage
- Excellent command over written and spoken English
- Ability to meet strict and aggressive deadlines
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity; ability to drive clarity in difficult or confusing situations.
