This role provides opportunities to develop original ideas, approaches, and solutions in a competitive and ever changing business climate. As a key member of the team, you will directly influence business decisions including customer experience, productivity, profitability and long term vision.
About you:
- You are a strategic thinker who identifies gaps and opportunities, and decomposes complex business problems and inefficiencies into straightforward and efficient strategies that improve the customer experience.
- Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and effectively influence, negotiate, and communicate with internal business partners. Facilitate process improvement initiatives among cataloguers, sales team and account managers.
- You are data driven with a background in e-commerce, retail, research and/or insights.
- You create the correct sense of urgency for delivery, and proactively drive business decisions with senior leaders, aligning teams toward coherent and effective business and strategies.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ post MBA years of experience in, retail, consulting, ecommerce with a history of owning/driving results
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience working directly with sellers
- Experience in account management would be a plus
- Experience working with governmental organisations would be a plus
