"Security Lead Operations'

Job Objective:

- Lead the site security operations as per the established operating guidelines in harmony with business objectives, Security Strategy Roadmap, and regulatory standards on the city side

- Guide the security team for ensuring the security and protection of tangible and intangible assets of the airport complex to include City-side and Airport Village

Security Strategy:

- Understand the strategic objectives of the business

- Contribute to Security strategy objectives at the site by providing site perspective inputs

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead security initiatives aligned to business requirements at the site level; Institutionalise operational excellence initiatives for the site

- Review all strategic security operations at the City side and Airport Village site and suggest improvement initiatives

- Participate in meetings to suggest improvements and discuss pressing issues with Asset Security Head

Management and Review:

- Monitor City side and Airport Village site operations and ensure adherence to established SOPs

- Analyse the MIS reports generated and assist PSH in publishing reports on a weekly basis to the Site CEO and VSH

- Create security awareness and training programs for employees and the community, along with the PSH

Security Control Room Operations:

- Coordinate with ISOC for seamless integration of Security protocol Patrolling & Surveillance

- Oversee the patrolling procedures of the site and manage exceptions

- Periodically check the data from CCTVs, sensors, and other such automation equipment to ensure operational vigilance

Access Control:

- Oversee the end-to-end operations of Access Control at the City side and Airport Village and ensure process adherence; Bring deviations to the notice of PSH and suggest remedial actions

Investigation & Due Diligence:

- Conduct investigation on orders from PSH of Security incidents including frauds, crimes, theft, pilferage, vandalizing, and set-in-motion remedial measures

- Prepare and share investigation reports with PSH on investigations of critical incidents

- To enhance landside security through constant vigilance and monitoring.

- To enhance Landside security by being vigilant constantly and monitoring the VIP, CIP, and HNI movements

- Emergency Management and Contingency Planning. Managing and monitoring the complete security of the airport.

- Loss Prevention by implementing a foolproof system of investigation through the use of technology and personnel

- Liaising with Government authorities and local agencies for seamless Landside Operations

- Ensure high standards are maintained by staff by tracking, monitoring, reviewing, and guiding their performance. Adherence to safety standards, emphasis on compliance with regulations, and readiness for emergencies
