Role Summary : LEAD is looking for a Lead & Senior Product Designer to join our Product Design team. You will be responsible for serving as a product design expert that can independently own projects , manage UX designers, and collaborate with product managers, and engineers to develop the experience for our customers across all of our LEAD brands. Key Activities & Responsibilities: 1. Working interactively and collaboratively with product, design, research, and engineering partners to solve problems and create useful, usable, and pleasant product features. 2. Develop and evangelize the holistic design vision of the brand, across products and platforms, with consideration for the product ecosystem's future. 3. Partnering with engineering to prototype and execute a high-quality user experience. 4. Bringing a user-centered perspective to conversations in order to add value to the product via a design lens. 5. Improving your team's work by asking for and offering feedback from other product designers and cross-functional teammates. 6. Work with business and marketing to bring their visions to life along with PM and UX Designers. 7. One of the biggest objectives of this role is to bring delight in any action the user takes bring personality to the app and improve user experience. 8. You will be literally responsible for the perceived performance of the app by defining the speed of actions that the user does on the app. 9. Be accountable for product design work is delivered on time, with strong attention to detail and the needs of the product, our brand, and our customers. What is desired: 1. Lead & Senior Product Designer (5+ years of experience), Having strong communication and UX design background and experience in designing complex apps(Preferably b2C) and world-class products. 2. Deep understanding of how to create usable, accessible, and modular designs that can scale to millions of users. 3. Good command of English, visual communications, and the ability to define design languages. 4. Proficient in at least some UX design tools (e.g. Figma, Framer, Lottie, Photoshop, Illustrator, Keynote, After Effects, Sketch) 5. A stunning portfolio that demonstrates a deep understanding of visual communications (Unique & User-centric) micro-interactions
