- Strategy: Work closely with the Network Expansion leadership to create a shared vision and strategic approach to Travel in India

- Planning: Build and maintain the Network Expansion funnel for the Travel domain and help onboard existing and new Network Participants across India

- Program/Project Management: Be a resourceful, go-getting multitasker, supporting initiatives across the ONDC organization and ensuring our Travel Network Participants (Buyer and Seller Apps) go live on time

- Scale: Build, maintain, and communicate detailed documents to assist city-level, state, regional, and national expansion efforts, and make data-driven decisions

- Develop Relationships: Collaborate with other functional areas (Engineering, Operations, Product, Policy, etc.) to ensure efficient and productive working relationships

- Execute projects: Step into operational gaps and help ONDC teams execute and bring Travel Network participants online.

Ideal Candidate :

- Deeply passionate about Travel as a domain with demonstrated experience in solving Travel problems at scale

- Experience across product management/operations for products such as - Hospitality, Travel and tourism services & experiences, Events, and Meetings, among others.

- Diverse experience from ground/field operations to central operations and product operations

- Sales and Account Management experience


- Super strong, client-first account management culture

Basic Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree

- At least 8-10 years of proven experience (Relax able for the right candidate)

- Data-first problem solver with excellent Excel/data management

Preferred Qualifications :

- Master's in business administration (MBA) or equivalent

- Experience in the Travel domain, particularly experience with a leading Travel/Tourism app in Operations, Strategy, Consulting, or related experience is a plus

- High-growth operations, tech, or startup experience is strongly preferred

- Outstanding communication and organization skills

- Strong, demonstrated leadership capabilities

- Great storyteller, can communicate the ONDC vision and mission to network participants, and govt departments across both Central and States across India

- Self-motivated, works well independently, and possesses strong organization and time management skills.
