Job Profile:
- End-to-end training employees on Product Training.
- Design, develop, execute and monitor the following:
- Product Training Programs (centralized and decentralized)
- Refresher and advanced/ next level courses of product training
- Training need identification and work on post-training effectiveness evaluation
- Design Training Calendar
- Do competition bench-marking through product managers.
- Design and develop content rich training material for product training.
- Design and administer pre and post-training assessment tests for different levels of professionals.
- Maintain MIS & trackers.
- Develop innovative methods of training and create benchmarks with the objective of building the required capabilities of our Human Resources.
Position Purpose:
- A dynamic product training professional with global appeal is required for this role.
- Continually monitor and develop the provision of product training.
- Expertise in planning, developing and implementing various product training related systems/ processes for imparting product knowledge.
- Effectively partner with management and employees at all levels to fulfill expanding product training needs and conduct related activities.
