Key Responsibilities :

- Develop sales capability & formulate training strategy through close collaboration with key stakeholders in the Sales function

- Collaborate with the learning team to formulate and shape the training plan & identify suitable learning materials

- Track & measure effectiveness of sales capability training through the use of data & analytics

- Create a strategy for a digital platform that enhances sales capability training by improving virtual content creation and adoption

Candidate Profile :

- Minimum 6+ years of overall experience in Sales Operations or Management Consulting, P&L handling, Business Development, or similar roles in FMCG sector

- Bring a deep understanding of industry market dynamics and sales channels

- Demonstrate a structured thinking process for identifying solutions, using data to uncover patterns and insights. Possess an ability to propose solutions based on data analysis to address key business challenges.

- Collaborate with a high-performing team and influence stakeholders through excellent written/v
