Description - Provides leadership to the day-to-day Operations of the Sales department, while maintaining focus on the Company's strategic goals.

- Proactively interact with Sales and stakeholders to continuously find ways to improve processes that will increase customer satisfaction and maximize potential growth.

Client Details:

Our client is a MarTech SAAS product organisation and boasts of multiple patents in the AR / VR and 3D lifesize interactive space. They currently work with the biggest retail brands (both legacy and internet) globally and are backed by marquee investors.

Description:

- Provides leadership to the day-to-day Operations of the Sales department, while maintaining focus on the Company's strategic goals.

- Coordinates sales operations with all other departments/divisions of the Company.


- Seeks out and targets new customers and new sales opportunities, initiates action plans to approach and secure new business for the Company.


- Quarter on quarter business growth and transformation to make Industry buying's offerings/services more efficient and effective.


- Drive a data & metric driven environment and sync them with output to achieve company goals


- Collect, analyze, evaluate and report data to track sales performance and metrics


- Sales Pipeline Data, Quota Performance, Accurate Headcount Reporting, Bookings Performance, etc.


- Analyze sales performance data, interpret overall results of sales


- Collaborate with team to improve or define processes that promote data integrity and reporting functionality


- Coordinate, with sales management, the complete sales reporting and forecasting process for all global sales channels


- Prepare sales reporting and forecasting for executive management


Profile:

- Atleast 10 years of relevant sales operations experience in global b2b technology set up

- Stellar analytical and communication skills


- Prior experience in working with CXO tier would be a huge bonus


- Must have multi-geo experience


- Must have team management experience
