A Sales Operations Manager should be capable of handling a wide range of tasks pertaining to the organization's sales operations (B2C). Primarily, a Sales Operations Lead should ensure that your sales processes and teams are operating optimally. Some of their daily tasks include:
- Developing and implementing sales processes for sales teams (ASM, TSM & FOS).
- Researching and analysing data to create sales forecasts.
- Collaborating with other departments and upper management to identify business goals.
- Training sales representatives (ASM, TSM & FOS) to drive productivity.
- Creating and managing automation tools to increase sales process efficiency.
- Implementing and manage CRM tools to maximize opportunities.
