Role: Lead- Sales Ops, CRM & Campaign ManagementWhat You'll Do- Create a training plan for Zoho CRM usage and educate IS/SM/RSM on accurate usage of the fields.
- Be the Zoho CRM Admin to build workflows and handle integrations with different tools for seamless information exchange. Managing CRM Data Hygiene.
- Be able to customize the CRM as per the business/stake holder's needs.
- Manage database/list sources like Apollo, Zoominfo, Zoho, Lusha, and retrieve relevant decisionmaker contacts for sending marketing campaigns. Manage LinkedIn Sales Navigator subscriptions of sales managers.
- Assist Sales Ops in territory management, data planning and prepare weekly tracker with Sales Ops
- Provide reporting & Dashboarding on customer adoption, sentiment, advocacy, and business results (i.e., forecasts, renewals, expansions, churn)
- Lead allocation and Assignment Seamlessly via CRM. Prepare auto workflows for lead assignment
- Curate content and playbooks to allow the team to more efficiently and consistently deliver customer outcomes
- Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization, with a focus on scalability and driving significant growth in customer success and sales
- Execute email and WhatsApp campaigns on weekly basis
- Strong knowledge on Zoho applications like CRM, Campaigns, SalesIq, Forms and Flows
- Provide adhoc reports to sales, marketing and finance teams.
- Create custom dashboards using Power BI.
- Revenue forecast and pipeline summary management.
- Update revenue number in CRM for revenue reports
