Lead Byproduct Sales and Marketing

1. JOB PURPOSE: To developed market for various Fixed Assets generated and regular sales with revenue generation

2. ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

ACCOUNTABILITIES ACTIVITIES:

1. Ensuring sale of wide range of Fixed Assets for timely evacuation and revenue generation

- Conduct regular auction process of Fixed asset material after receiving all necessary approvals.

- Candidate should be ready to explore and scout potential customers of a wide range of Fixed Assets in our company, especially in the engineering goods/equipments.

2. Must demonstrate strong influencing, negotiation, and leadership skills with the ability to drive business on own initiative.

- Extensive industry knowledge and networking with an entrepreneurial approach and vision.

- Work under target-based environment and deliver consistent result. Diligent monthly planning and proper execution of plan within timelines.

- Able to operate and demonstrate success in a fast moving organization and working across functional teams

- Should be able to motivate and galvanize team players to perform under challenging situation.

- Superior interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to conceptualize, structure, write, and present information to both internal and external audiences as needed.

3. Audit and Compliance management - Ensure proper documentation and SOP adherence during the entire end to end process of sales.

- Ensure every fixed asset sale has write-off approval from Accounts team, before starting the sale process.

- Manage the entire MIS of Fixed Asset scrap sale, and take complete ownership of the Audit process.

3. KEY CHALLENGES:

1. To show market development skill for various new and unique kinds of fixed asset materials.

2. Achieve revenue generation targets within tight timelines, so that operation or project activities are not affected.
