Job Description :
- Responsible for generating revenue through online/digital sales channel
- Define, develop and constantly optimize digital solutions to meet the goals and KPIs: Revenue, ROI, month on month growth in terms of new customer acquisition, traffic, impression, returning customers ratio, A/B Testing campaign strategies, landing pages, pricing strategies, increment in ticket size, etc.

Description :
- Responsible for increasing sales through our primary online sales platform: AMAZON, secondary sales platforms: Nykaa, Flipkart, Jiomart etc., and adding new online platforms which can generate high ROI.
- Responsible for providing monthly and quarterly sales targets and meeting them with 10% variation.
- Audit all online listings on a daily basis and ensure that changes are made if there are any errors.
- Develop strong relationships with various E-commerce Portals representatives to help drive sales
- Keep collecting data for platforms e.g. top selling products, competitor performance, advertising mechanisms, etc.
- Coordinate with the Logistics team to ensure proper supply at different warehouses
- Work with the Design team to help develop best in class advertising creatives
Profile :
- Must have proven track record of generating sales in double-digit cr in the last year through an online sales channel
- Must have core expertise of Amazon - Product Listing, SEO, Paid Marketing, Amazon Prime Report, Daily Key words review & optimization
- Skilled in Google Performance Marketing, Facebook and Instagram paid Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, TikTok ads, etc.
- Must have experience in introducing new brands in new markets where products/brands are unknown.
- Scan the environment to understand competitors' activities, demand supply scenario, regulatory issues to formulate strategies for increasing online market share
- Ensure compliance w.r.t IT systems and data management to ensure that the customer information/discussions are not people dependent
