Looking to hire for Lead-NAFTA/ROW for a leading manufacturing company in Specialty Chemical Division. Any Specialty Chemical Company, person with Chemical Engineering and Sales Experience of 5-10 years having dealt with Export Sales focusing on markets such as (NAFTA Includes Canada, US, Mexico + ROW (Europe, Latin America, SAARC, Africa, Middle East)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Sales/Export Sales to the NAFTA/ROW Region
- Direct Dealing/Selling with the western customers
- Prepare sales forecast by coordinating with team
- Review weekly visit plan prepared by team for generating sales and track daily progress against the same. Prepare market-wise plan for promoting Value Added Products in project segment.
- Track inventory levels, ensuring timely delivery of the required products to the required locations, thereby ensuring customer satisfaction
- Monitor the inventory ageing / transit damages in the respective markets and take necessary steps to minimise the same.
- Ensure seamless coordination with team to drive sales as per the sales strategy and plan
- Drive institutional sales growth, in co-ordination with plant, through interactions with industrial customers and consumers.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure excellent customer education across, thereby building a strong link between company and its customers
- Coordinate with technical team to educate decision makers about products and provide product demo.
- Negotiate with Key Accounts and Projects for best pricing and credit terms and prepare proposal documents, in consultation with Commercial team
- Track performance against sales targets from key accounts, identify concern areas and ensure corrective actions
