Below is the JD & Roles & Responsibilities:-
- The Incumbent will be responsible to drive Home Loan sales in Kotak Funded Real Estate Projects through existing sales channels & by building efficiencies, creating synergies, product & marketing tie ups, new channel partners.

Main Deliverables:
- Drive Home Loan sales penetration at all Kotak Mahindra Investment Ltd (KMIL) funded Projects using all sales channels, DSA, Connectors, Aggregators, Direct & Branch, ~ Rs.3000 topline disbursement, 10000 Crs in 3 Yrs pa
- Dominant Market share of >30 % amongst these projects across India.
- Create Top of mind Brand Recall amongst Developers & Home Buyers with marketing & Branding budgets at Disposal. Responsible for Visibility activities road shows across point of Sales.
- Create Innovative Customized Home loan products/solutions basis type of customers, Housing units, competition offerings,
- Reward & recognition, contests & schemes for sales teams, channel partners for dominant Mind share/wallet share
- Regular review of data, analytics, senior management presentations on progress, achievements, improvement plans.
- Work very closely with KMIL team for 100% - Kotak First- coverage of Home Loan products amongst all customers of these Developer Projects.
Skills;
- Should have a proven track record of high achiever in sales, Channel Sales experience preferred.
- Presentation skills, ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- The role will require extensive travel.
