Industrial Gas Sales Lead
- Lead the team for promoting and developing potential markets & customers for legacy and new Application Technologies (AT) for increased industrial gas sales in Food & beverage segments.
- Customer on-site process assessments and techno-commercial evaluation for establishing Application Technologies.
- Collaborate with bulk sales, tonnage colleagues for preparing techno-commercial proposal and customer negotiation for new business.
- Collaborate with Equipment team for AT equipment selection, design and specification.
- Participate in commissioning of AT installations and lead efforts for establishment of process parameters as per commercial agreement.
- Customer training to utilize AT installations for process optimization.
- Provide training to key stake holders for promoting AT
- Collaborate with global teams to migrate legacy and new AT for broadening portfolio and markets for new business.
- Innovate to lead implementation of migrated legacy and new AT as per local region demands.
- Collaborate with global R&D teams to define regional needs to drive innovation.
- Collaborate and set key strategies with bulk and tonnage teams to meet annual business targets
