Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary HR Business Partner for the Sales & Marketing team across PAN India.
- Oversee all strategic management processes, including recruitment, employee retention, rewards & compensation, organizational development interventions, corporate policies, change management, and training & development.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with the organization's vision and objectives.
- Design and implement cross-functional appraisal systems and a sales academy program for succession planning, utilizing the IADD Model for assessment and development centers.
- Manage recruitment efforts to attract top talent from diverse sources, ensure alignment with manpower requirements, and drive regional teams to achieve 100% capacity as per the approved budget.
- Plan and implement improvements to align organizational culture and processes with the company's strategy, vision, mission, and objectives.
- Oversee the entire employee life cycle, from onboarding new hires to ongoing talent management.
- Facilitate a platform for employees to voice opinions and grievances, and work towards productive resolutions as a management representative.
- Partner with various platforms to conduct job evaluations and salary benchmarking studies, analyze data, and provide reward information to support business decisions.
- Enhance productivity by identifying and evaluating roles, processes, and activities, and automating repetitive tasks.
- Manage employee engagement initiatives and establish effective communication channels within the division; address employee grievances and initiate disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Plan and execute a transparent and effective performance management process across the division.
- Ensure the timely execution of the appraisal process, including tabulation, data capture, feedback coordination, and career development planning for employees.
- Develop and manage HR and operations dashboards, conduct necessary data analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions as needed.
- Supervise Regional HR Business Partners to ensure alignment and support across different regions.
