Key Responsibilities:
- Custodian of governance & control in sales, channel, partner relationship and related transactions.
- Responsible for carrying out risk reviews, testing of controls and assessment of new projects, processes and implementing regulatory policies and guidelines
- Manage due diligence/contracts for ensuring alerts are raised, analyzed, and cleared properly in a timely manner, documentation of rationale and accurate record keeping
- Ensure adherence to Code of Conduct at all levels of business process
- Train & Sensitize employees, partners & associates on ethical standards of conducting business
- Liaise with RCU team and establish and cultivate strong working relationships across departments
- Respond to requests or queries for information in relation to business transactions to help identify possible misconducts
- Proactively highlight compliance related issues and bring them to successful closure.
- Engage business associates and team members actively in regular updates, decisions and resolution of issues
- To perform investigations on policy breach and report to business
- Review business processes & effectiveness of internal controls
- Risk assessment and monitoring/reporting of regulatory and internal compliance requirement
- Data analysis and report generation and presentation of Sales Quality indicators
Essential Qualification and Skills:
- 10-15 years of experience in NBFC or Bank with relevant experience in sales and risk control domain
- MBA (Finance/Marketing)
- Manage sales governance and other related transactions linked to day-to-day business
- Frame and review process and policies on sales process & governance and ensuring adherence
- To strengthen controls by identifying control gaps, and advising remedial actions to mitigate open risk.
