Maximum Experience : 8-12 yrs. in a Business / Operations Team Mgmt. role
Qualifications : Preferably MBA(Full Time)
Age Criteria: 36 Maximum
Salary-20,00,000 - 25,00,000 PA.

- Good data analytics skills ( expertise on excel & PowerPoint )
Key Responsibilities/JD :
- Set up & monitoring of robust & sustainable Sales work-flows, processes & initiatives
- Data mining & interpretation, data management, presentation & analysis
- Relationship Management with all Partners & Channels, management of the entire value chain of partnerships
- Inter-functional liaisoning ( Credit, Compliance, Legal teams, etc. ) for smooth flow of business & processes
- Ownership of all MIS - Sales / Product Mix / Sourcing Mix / Acquisition Costs / Dashboards
- Generate relevant dashboards & call to action for partners/agencies/channels through data analytics
- Initiate and manage events / activities / partnerships / sales contests / sales tools- enablers for business generation
- Conduct business within the laid down compliance norms
