Looking for a high performance self-driven individual to handle the entire gamut of Accounting, monthly closure of books, consolidation, reporting, statutory compliance and audits for group companies.
Responsibilities :
In the "Sales Lead UHNI" function, you will be responsible for the following :
- Actively expanding the Exchange's business with UHNI
- Taking ownership of the design, implementation and execution of the sales acquisition strategy
- Demonstrating a highly proactive sales approach towards UHNI
- Securing trading relationships with large UHNI through effective, systematic execution of the Team's strategy
- Representing the Exchange in sales and account management in the UHNI client segment
- Implementing sales process, abiding market purity
Growing the book / key accounts :
- Ensure a high degree of Team's service towards existing and new UHNI accounts
- Be the 'face' of designated key accounts that are high revenue drivers for the Exchange
- Relationship Manager for a client portfolio, containing Crypto UHNI Accounts and executing orders
- P&L responsibility including identifying suitable business and build prospects /client pipeline
- Manage and increase UHNI loan book
- Cross selling of the in house product and services
- Execute according to sales strategy
- Team governance and ensuring frictionless desk operations with limited resources:
- Develop and maintain UHNI Exchange offerings and communicate the strategy, plans and ideas to the reporting manager with target plans
- Reviewing client documentation (KYC) in the onboarding process
- Establishing, reviewing and improving processes in order to facilitate efficient, yet risk mitigating operations
- Actively supporting and overseeing all client interaction and experience
Ensuring compliance, Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and due diligence standards are respected and adhered to :
- Handling of Anti Money Laundering (AML) alerts with the defined Blockchain processes
- Build foundation of Trust with clients by showing them that we care and understand their needs .
- Developing the Exchange's digital assets offering close collaboration with business, legal, operations and trusted external partners
Requirements :
For you to become part of our journey, we require the following set of experience :
- Ambitious professional with a Bachelor degree in Banking or Blockchain Finance or equivalent education
- At least 7-8 years of relevant experience in the sector
- Willing to work in a small team and take ownership and leadership
- Fluency in English and Hindi
- Proactive approach/Self-Starter
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in this fast growing market
- Passion for digital assets, specifically as a new asset class
Nice to have :
- Solid Understanding of Blockchain Digital Assets, Currencies and Crypto
- Robust Process understanding the content and technical IT perspective
- Previous experience working with core banking systems (such as FinStar)
