Lead Sales Excellence
- Develop short and long-term sales development strategy to achieve the agreed sales objectives.
- Design and implement robust models and processes to drive sales & distribution objectives effectively and efficiently.
- Synchronize the efforts of sales & trade marketing across all channels including general trade, modern trade, on-trade, and key accounts channel.
- Gain market intelligence and visibility through competitive mapping and market trends across the state.
- Manage ROI on campaigns launched, taking into consideration the repeat sales probability, outlet performance, kind of customers etc.
Candidate Requirement:
- 8-16 years of overall experience with at least 8 years of experience in sales in a consumer brands organization.
- Experience in setting up processes/systems from scratch in a multinational organization is desirable.
