We have a senior opportunity for Sales Enablement Lead with one of our client for Bangalore / Mumbai / Pune / Hyderabad / Chennai / Noida location.
Job Description :
Responsibilities :
- Work with regional sales leadership to develop, execute, optimize and assess enablement program
- Determine sales enablement priorities with sales stakeholders
- Based on understanding of priorities, communicate enablement strategy and KPIs to team members
- Build a trusted relationship with sales and presales leaders
- Experience in delivering the following services: Competitor Analysis; Account Intelligence; References; Price Benchmarking and Creative Services
- Deliver impactful research reports for regional sales leadership (sales planning driven market study, Market/Sector based research & Portfolio/Offering based research).
Skills :
- 11+ years- experience in a high-performance agile sales organization in sales enablement function
- A strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools and training
- Prior experience in delivering knowledge management, market research and price benchmarking services is a must
- Excellent communication skills
- Fast learner.
