Job Summary :
- The position of Lead - Sales Business Development in a 3PL company plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and ensuring the company's success in a highly competitive industry. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, relationship-building skills, and industry expertise to effectively acquire and retain clients.
- Primary responsibilities involve creating and implementing strategies to identify and acquire new business opportunities, as well as nurturing existing client relationships.
Qualifications :
- MBA in Sales, Marketing, or a related field from reputed institute
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the logistics or 3PL industry.
Required Skill Sets:
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management Concepts & Solutions
- Well net worked with service outsourcing influencers
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Leadership skills to build & lead a team
- Data Analysis & Analytical thinking
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Relevant Industry Experience : 3PL industry preferably handled clients in FMCG, Ecommerce, QSR, Pharma industry
