Job Description : Build the BFSI Sales vertical for the organisation almost from scratch and lead the team in the future.

Client Details:

- Our client is a fast growing Gen-AI company that is in the 1-10 journey. They have already cross 2 Million ARR within 1 year of starting GTM and are well-poised to hit the 10-million mark in the next 3 quarters.

- They are at Series-A funding stage and backed by Marquee investors. However, not reliant on funding so much as they are cashflow positive.

Description:

- Maintain good relations with C-level execs at BFSI orgs

- Prospect, meet, and close new clients through Outbound efforts

- This is a quota carrying role - anywhere between 400k to 800k USD

- The role will cover Pan-India region - catering to BFSI sector

- It is an IC role that may evolve into a managerial role in the future

- Meetings will mostly be in-person as the deals are complex

Profile:

- 8-12 years of Hunting experience in Tech companies (IT Services preferred)

- Must have worked on BFSI clients in India

- Must have done more of Field/In-person meetings with clients to drive deeper engagements

- Exceptional communication and public-speaking skills

- Good at relation building, prospecting

- Good at multithreading and navigating through multiple stakeholders
