- The purpose of this role is to provide support in developing and managing robust reward programs for the corporate office, along with the extended business entities.

- Our client is a leading Indian Conglomerate, that owns businesses spanning manufacturing, telecommunications, agribusiness, financial services, real estate, hospitality, Agri and food. This position is in the corporate entity
Description :
Reporting to the HR Head, you will be responsible for :
- Managing reward interventions for group companies such as - bench-marking, annual salary revisions, design of incentive and benefits programs, job evaluation
- Designing of new initiatives and implementation of running P&R programs
- Analysing existing compensation and reward policies (Short term, Long Term & Benefits Programs) basis the research and market data develop/propose a competitive solution
- Responsible for releasing performance & reward-related dashboards, MIS, audit reports, etc.
Profile :
- 4-7 years of working experience in HR Rewards consulting role or in-house Rewards SME team
- MBA is good to have.
- Data-oriented and hands-on with numbers.
- Excellent Analytical, MS Excel & Presentations skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
