Job Description:
Strategy & Designs:
- Develop and execute a sales employees and partners -focused rewards and recognition strategy aligned with business objectives and targets.
- Design and implement R&R initiatives, to build positive field engagement, and optimize the overall productivity levels of the teams
- Develop creative and impactful recognition programs to motivate and celebrate the achievements of the sales and distribution teams.
R&R Servicing & Drive:
- Develop clear and compelling communication strategies to effectively convey the objectives, benefits, and mechanics of R&R initiatives to the last-mile distribution teams.
- Provide periodic reports, and regular feedback to channels and partners through KPI tracking against planned initiatives, and providing support where required
- Create and adhere to a detailed timeline for the launch of R&R initiatives, ensuring that each phase is executed effectively and efficiently.
- Foster strong partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation and impact of programs.
Settlement & Event Management:
- Timely reward settlement including payouts, gifts, personalized products & vouchers to generate greater value perception at relatively lower cost
- Oversee settlement processes for R&R, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reward settlement.
- Collaborate with finance and sales operations teams to streamline settlement procedures and address any discrepancies.
