Lead - Rewards (Bangalore)

As an Industry Lead you will be responsible for sector revenue, business development, marketing and service delivery (client satisfaction) You will serve as a key resource in leading client relationships within the industry, build entry into allied sectors and ensure deeper penetration of products and services. In addition, you will be responsible to project manage delivery of mid to large size compensation surveys through survey participation, data collection and report delivery of a high quality.

You will contribute to varied and interesting projects such as :

- Business development initiatives in Financial Services.

- Develop Industry forums and new annuity products.

- Job Evaluation, broad based rewards, M&A, Market pricing, compensation/ benefit audits and special/ customized industry surveys.

- Design of HR trends/ pulse surveys and events.

Performance Objectives :

Excellence :

- Manages large and/ or several medium-sized projects paying strict adherence to strong project management and meeting client requirements

- Displays deep understanding and deep knowledge of firm-wide survey methodologies

- Leads project teams in delivering timely and high-quality survey reports following firm-wide performance excellence and work review policies.

- Will serve as member of an integrated consulting team on medium scale rewards and benefits benchmarking projects

- Develops and maintains good understanding of available publication reports.

People & Clients :

- Client /market facing role ; Business development & sector growth focus

- Will serve as a recognized consultant for key industries by establishing and maintaining close relationships with clients

- Offer deep solution and industry expertise

- Provides trends and insights to clients on data by leading group presentations or one-to-one meetings

- Demonstrates collaborative style and enjoys working with others

- Coaches and mentors less experienced consultants.

Financial :

- Responsible for sector P&L and revenue target

- Manages projects within budget and resource plans

- Leads marketing and account management activities to meet revenue targets

- Develops and executes industry research and business development plans by identifying key target industries, groups, associations, etc.

- Leads / guides proposal writing activities for special projects.

Requirement :

- At least 6 years of relevant experience with an established compensation survey company leading financial services sector highly preferred.

- Master's degree in business management (HR / PMIR specialization preferred)

- Strong working knowledge of the following PC-based software applications for analysis and reporting: Excel, Word, PowerPoint

- Develop and participate in business presentations

- Able to guide and ensure high quality written work, such as business reports or proposals.

- Able to convey ideas in coherent, fluent and logical manner.
