Rewards Lead:

- Objective of this role is managing the compensation & benefits programs and processes, execution of C&B policies and procedure.

- Ensure the compensation package we offer is appropriately market competitive to attract and retain key talent and ensure it's all done in an affordable way, as well as tying in with the corporate reward strategy.

- The incumbent will be based in Bangalore and will report to the Director TM/SVP HRBP.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Total Rewards (Compensation, benefits & wellness) charter

- Create and manage long term benefits and wellness vision

- Build and drive compensation strategy, ensure alignment with org objectives

- Drive the executive compensation design and implementation

- Lead benefits and wellness action plan driving key initiatives

- Accountable for compensation planning & budgeting, conducting annual reviews

- Work with managers and HR business partners to implement appropriate engagement & retention strategies for top talent

- Research, Identify & Implement measures that optimize the organization wage cost structure

- Benchmarking of salary and benefits data, having up to date market information

Candidate Profile:

- 7 to 10 years of managing Total Rewards portfolio in a large corporate or consulting firm4

- Tier 1 MBA candidates preferred

- Strong communication skills backed by a high conceptual ability

- Very strong attention to details. ability to look at numbers and get meaning out of it
