- Develop and implement an effective legal compliance program
- Create sound internal controls and monitor adherence to them
- Draft and revise policies and processes related to employee compliances.
- Proactively audit processes, practices and documents to identify weaknesses
- Evaluate business activities to assess compliance risk
- Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation
- Educate and train employees on regulations and industry practices
- Address employee concerns or queries on legal compliance
- Review, Design, and Operationalize and monitor end-end benefit processes
- Hands-on exposure in managing process for Gratuity claims
- Should possess end to end knowledge in Social Security provisions.
- Handle escalations and drive process improvements to enhance employee experience
- Support in handling and processing the death benefits
