We are a community first consumer brand crafting insanely comfortable activewear for the women of India. Founded in 2020 by ISB alum Minu Margeret, We have raised $17.25 Mn till date, latest, Series A of $15 million in May 2022 led by Eight Roads Ventures and Elevation Capital. This fundraise, one of the largest ever Series A round by an Indian direct-to-consumer brand, comes less than a year after we raised $2.25 million in seed funding from Elevation Capital in May 2021.
We also have notable angel investors including: Sriharsha (CEO Swiggy) ; Ghazal Alagh (Mamaearth); Vivek and Abhay (Licious co-founder) ; Amar (Ex-Myntra CEO); Sumer Juneja (Softbank); Brennan Loh (Shopify); Neeraj Arora (ex CBO, WhatsApp), Kunal Shah (CRED), Rahul Mehta (DST), Pam Lee (ex-Lululemon executive), Ashish Goel ( CEO Urban Ladder), Chakradhar (CEO, Country Delight)
Job Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (on-site)
Responsibilities :
- Own the revenue objectives for existing customer cohorts.
- Own the positioning and promotion of new products/categories to existing customers.
- Work backwards from the customer segments to identify new opportunities of products, promotions, and channels.
- Cross-functional collaboration with product, data, and creative teams to ideate and execute.
What you need :
Must-haves :
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in managing customer engagement channels (email, retargeting ads, etc.) and/or hands-on experience in category marketing.
- Comfort with both marketing funnel analysis as well as writing creative briefs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good-to-haves :
- Experience in direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands.
- B.Tech./MBA from Tier-I institutes.
