Lead - Retention
Job Description:
- Derive implementation for Retention for Organization.
- Set up & drive key process metrics Creation of framework impacting bottom-line metrics.
- Define cost of acquisitions vs Retention & subsequent Revenue generated for all products.
- Define PNL structures & incentive grids at Organization level.
- Create & Implement Fulfillment journeys and drive retention through all customer touch points: Design/review, setup and touch points through Contact Centre & Branches.
- Define targets & Drive productivity through Customer Service touch points: Perform Customer analytics, set targets & drive them through Customer Service Touch points.
- Forecasting & Industry Benchmarking: Analyze short and long term forecasting, Analyze trends in group inventories & rates to include goals, product line and strategic sales goals.
- Improve & Scale up: Work on all Revenue Management Products to ensure scale up in revenue streams impacting bottom-line.
- Learning & Innovation: Steer head for projects. Take ownership on upgradation of skill set. Bring improvisation in existing processes.
