Job Responsibilities :
- Strategic business HR Partner for IT vertical across India
- Building robust Recruitment Strategies & Analytic Business HR Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Budgeting, Employee Engagement, Training & Development, HR Operations, Business Controls, Compliance & Audits, Exit Process
- Create, update & maintain HR processes & HR policies to ensure smooth functioning of business and provide the necessary support to the business heads across multiple locations
- Managing the Talent review assessment exercise for senior employees and driving the succession planning initiatives.
- Working closely with training teams to implement programs for individual development.
- Driving the annual performance management process and strategy around managing low performers
Profile required :
- 12-15 years experience in HR post-Tier -1 MBA is a must
- Prior experience as an HR Leader or HR business partner in an Information Technology environment
- Strong business acumen with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders
- Candidates must have experience managing HR for technology teams
