Role:
- To lead the Research, Publication and Knowledge Management function of the firm and be responsible for helping establish the brand of the firm as a knowledge and research driven organization
- To plan for / create a calendar for publications and work with teams on publishing Thought Leaderships, with the target of a minimum of 8-12 thought leadership publications in a year to start with
- To work on establishing partnerships and tie-ups (e.g. with industry associations, think tanks, media houses etc.) for thought leaderships and publications
- To plan and oversee the PR / media connect function, along with monitoring the work of the PR agency
- To work closely with the senior management of the firm
Must Haves in the candidate:
- Strong focus and experience in research and publication
- Should have a flair for writing and an eye for detail
- Experience in content writing and content creation
- Should have worked in Print or digital media house/
- Consulting firms/ Industry Associations / Think-Tanks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Masters degree in Journalism / MBA
