Job Summary:
The People Research-Lead will serve as the overall supervisor of PR team.
- This individual will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of all Survey administration tasks, around the ongoing operations of employee related programs or processes relevant to business needs and various other business related surveys potentially targeted to end user clients from the futuristic standpoint.
- This will include running Standard and Non-Standard (Ad-hoc) surveys, stakeholder liaisons, Vendor relationship management, budgeting and guiding the team on various survey related aspects on an end-to-end basis (Survey Planning, Designing, Administration, Reporting, Pitching and Analytics).
Primary responsibilities are:
- Managing the successful execution of People Research processes.
- Supervise teams to ensure contractual Service Level Agreements (SLA) are met
- Escalates issues to facilitate the resolution of customer inquiries
- Assists with the transition of new work into and out of the centre, and work closely with support functions
- Involved with both centre and company wide projects/initiatives
- Contributes to change requests and manages change well
- Manages approved information sources and ensures they are fit for purpose
- Liaises with Service Lines and client base contacts to ensure an excellent working relationship, manage enhanced level of stakeholder management
- Expand the PR team to cater to end-to-end survey analytics by focused efforts on business development, new areas of work, improve team competency, hire right talent and generate growth in terms of both, qualitative and quantitative basis in establishing the PR into a full-fledged Centre of Expertise on Survey Analytics service delivery center
- Create compelling business case and Cost business analysis for creating a win-win and generate efficiencies in the larger HR context.
- Lead from the front in dealing with change. Ensure process deep dive in making compelling, succinct business cases, communication at all levels
- Adheres to the Data Protection Act and demonstrates an understands the impact of non-compliance
Qualifications:
Education: Graduate or Post Graduate qualification preferably business / Human Resource Management / Research and Analytics
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 15-17 years experience in ITES/BPO Industry in leadership roles and project management set up, good HR domain exposure, Analytics using SAS, SPSS, with a mandatory exposure to large scale Survey administration process, preferably in a MNC set up
