Lead - Regional Operations - Vietnam/Indonesia/India Region

- Responsible for Industry Operations and Projects for Vietnam, Indonesia, India and External Warehouses.

- Strong performance in process improvements, people management, quality of services, SHE, maintenance management, projects, Quality and cost optimization

- Manage and act in the development of a multi-disciplinary team, identification, formation of backups and hire/ retain talents as part of succession plan.

- Management of multiple CAPEX projects at same time, new potential greenfield and expansions.

- Promote improvements in the way of controlling and performing activities aligned with the different leaders of each area

- Encourage optimization projects within their areas of responsibility, ensuring competitiveness and efficiency of operations.

- Close monitoring of OPEX and CAPEX to guarantee good operational effect and delivery of physical and financial curves.

- Support in financial analysis of new discretionary projects and in the development/definition new asset improvements.
