Job Description-

- Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition. Please dont commit to the title, it could change depending on the level of the candidate (may be higher/lower).

- Should be a career oriented

- Should be hardworking ..

- Should be intelligent and excellent communication

- Down to earth, good team player.

- 3-7 years of experience (Both IT/Non-IT)

- Preferably should be from Mumbai/Bangalore itself.

- Key role will be Talent acquisition for the portfolio companies and the investments team.

- Roles to be closed by self and a combination of using search partners/vendors

- Has to be a good team player

- Reporting - VP Talent Acquisition.

Candidate with good pedigree & stable profile would be preferred.
