Lead - Recruitment - Media/Entertainment/PR

We are hiring Recruiting Lead for a leading producer of high-quality entertainment including CG animated feature films, television series and specials industry.

Job Title : Recruiting Lead.

Industry: Media/Entertainment/PR

Responsibilities:

- Close open positions within the required timelines

- Source and develop pipeline of candidates by anticipating future needs of the studio

- Lead & support members of the team to achieve department goals

- Lead the operations of the department

Requirements: We are looking for candidates that:

- Have 10-12 years of experience hiring for niche requirements

- Have experience in Digital Entertainment or Hi-Tech Industry (must)

- Are passionately hand's on with sourcing and have deep experience hiring passive candidates

- Have a repertoire of strategies and tactics to attract and hire passive candidates

- Are proficient with the use of technology and social media for the hiring process

- Have a thorough understanding of the full cycle of recruiting

- Have a good understanding of compensation structure and rich experience discussing offers with candidates

- Have 3-4 years of experience leading a team

- Have a good understanding of the metrics& levers to manage the efficiency and effectiveness of the hiring process / recruiting team

- Possess leadership skills, are highly organized and detail oriented, have a strong work ethic, have excellent communication skills

Having good experience in media hiring is highly preferred.
