Lead - Recruitment - KPO/Capital Market/BFS Domain

- 10+ years of proven experience in talent acquisition in KPO/Capital Market/BFS domain.

- Extensive recruitment experience in Lateral, Leadership Hiring, volume hiring & Industry Mapping.

- Strong experience in vendor management & stakeholder management.

- Develop hiring strategy for the competencies based on the forecast and propose an achievable plan.

- Build talent landscape to meet the hiring needs

- Build and manage highest performing team

- Manage stakeholders including senior leaders and build strong relationships

- Manage and build vendor relationships and capability

- Ensure all positions are closed in time and within the budgeted cost
