Recruiter Lead - Navi Mumbai - IT/Non IT
1. Ability to lead the end-to-end hiring of Tech and Non-Tech roles, be a talent advisor, and determine sourcing strategies to find the right talent.
2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, lead the hiring team, be a talent advisor, and determine sourcing strategies to find the right talent.
3. Responsible for end-to-end recruitment cycle of the of the business unit ensuring you conduct strategic planning, attraction, sourcing, selection, and conversion of candidates for both specific requisitions, building a diverse pipeline of highly skilled resources, effectively managing candidate relationships.
4 Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow up till the candidate joins .
5. Drive campus recruitments to ensure a great pipeline of talent YOY.
6. Maintain cordial relationships with the campus TPOs for a preferred treatment at their respective campuses.
7. Ability to understand how to recruit passive candidates and possess the mentality to "profile people and gauge chemistry of candidates for fit and understand their motivation" rather than sell a role.
8. Maintain positive relationships, and effectively support the core team/directors to manage multiple hiring expectations against tight deadlines.
9. Challenge the validity of given procedures and processes with the intent to enhance and improve. 10. Be a culture ambassador: Be an ambassador of the culture and drive initiatives to constantly build upon and improve culture
