Job Description:
- Must have very good experience in IT recruitment and should have experience in hiring through portals, social networking sites, Head-hunting etc
- Must be able to build and develop recruitment strategies to fulfill business objectives
- Must have good experience in leadership hiring
- Must be able to partner with Business Heads/ Managers to understand their business and hiring needs
- Must be able to plan, design and implement new innovation techniques to maximize joining ratios
- Should bring experience in market mapping/intelligence and be abreast with the hiring trends across industries
