- Management of the complete recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources. Identification / analyzing the role requirements and Proficient in leadership hiring.
- Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
- Lead employment branding initiatives
- Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes.
- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement

Experience :
- 10-12 years of experience from a Reputed MBA institute.
- Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
