Lead - Recruitment - BPO/ITeS

Seeking a hands on smart people manager with experience of IT plus ITES hiring. Experience of a UK captive / Third Party will be preferred.

Location Gurgaon/Noida- currently WFH

- Manpower Planning including attrition and Growth

- Target and high people orientation

- Smart boards and referrals driving capability

- Engagement with Vendors as Partners compliance management

- Employer branding

- Optimising cost, process and interview cycles to turnaround quality hires within SLAs

- Enhance the technology and automation usage in recruitment function (ATS, excel etc.)

- Stakeholder Management

- Good with reporting, MIS, Risks and Updates on a timely basis

- Reporting / Dashboards automation and real time

- Analyse data / information to gain market insights and feed in to HR, business

Skills & Experience :

Must Have :

- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT and ITES recruitment with

Team handling experience of 4 to 6 people

- Good understanding of hiring in:

- Latest IT technologies

- Latest BPO/KPO skill sets

- Ability to high volumes hiring numbers will be a plus
