The role is to
- Lead Recruitment in ramping up an Engineering/Development center in Hyderabad
- Stakeholder management (Top Leadership reporting)
- Vendor management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, can deal effectively with senior management and candidates at all levels & cultures (global), ability to coordinate and perform several projects simultaneously.
- Possess strong business acumen and expert level of knowledge in - service delivery, talent sourcing, headhunting, mapping, assessment solutions, job descriptions, job analysis and salary trends.
- Handled high-pressure recruitment activity roles, right from being an individual contributor to building a team
- Experience in recruitments at multi-location, high-volume, deadline-driven, cost-conscious environments.
