- Ability to manage the full life cycle recruitment process including, candidate sourcing, technical Screening, interview scheduling, salary negotiations, closing and follow up with the offered candidate till the closure.
- Heading the Recruitment Team of 5 for India, managing the teams performance, taking care of entire recruitment needs, right from understanding and checking on the requirements from Account Managers and delegating to appropriate team to identify suitable resources.
- Understanding job specifications from technical managers with detailed job descriptions and skill requirements.
- Discussing the profile and requirement process with technical managers.
- Handling initial round of discussion in order to judge the candidates suitability, Academic & professional qualification, experience, communication skills etc.
- Handling In-house/outstation walk-ins & recruitment trips
- Work with HR and Business heads to structure compensation package and final CTC.
- Conducting Daily & weekly Meetings with the Team.
- Conducting One-One meetings with all Team members on fortnightly basis
- Allocation of the requirements to Recruitment Team
- Effectively handling differences & problems of Recruitment Team
- Training of new and junior recruiters
- Helping the team members to source better profiles
- Planning and Organizing Walk-In in various cities as per requirement projection
- Co-ordinate with the Technical team to take the feedback.
- Extending and explaining offers to the candidates.
Salary Offered : 10-12 LPA
