Position: Recruitment Lead.
Location: Ernakulam H.O, Kerala, India (Kochi).
Experience Required: 5-10 years.
Reports to: HR Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage and lead a recruitment team of 4, ensuring alignment with organizational hiring goals and driving high closure rates.
- Stakeholder Management: Regularly interact with customers and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs, provide updates, and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to final offer, ensuring quick and efficient position closures.
- Tools & Systems: Utilize Zoho People and Zoho Recruit modules to streamline recruitment efforts, track candidate pipelines, and maintain up-to-date records.
- Candidate Management: Improve candidate joining ratios by managing communication and expectations throughout the hiring process, reducing offer declines and drop-offs.
- Offer Negotiation: Negotiate offers with candidates to balance expectations and organizational budgets while securing high acceptance rates.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience to increase offer-to-joining conversions, maintaining engagement throughout the hiring process.
- Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams for timely and accurate feedback on candidates, ensuring positions are filled on schedule.
Required Skills:
- Communication & Negotiation: Strong communication and negotiation skills for building relationships with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with experience managing a team of recruiters and driving high performance.
- Recruitment Tools: Hands-on experience with Zoho Recruit or similar tools to optimize recruitment and manage metrics.
- High Closure Rates: Demonstrated ability to achieve high closure rates and fill positions quickly while maintaining candidate quality.
- Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking abilities for timely management of recruitment activities.
- Candidate Retention: Ability to improve candidate joining ratios through effective strategies to keep candidates engaged throughout the process.
- Startup Experience: Experience working with startup companies for at least one year is highly preferred.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Track Record: Proven ability to close positions efficiently, maintain high candidate quality, and improve offer-to-joining ratios.
