Job Purpose:
- Assessing the skills, experience, and qualifications of potential job applicants and inviting suitable candidates to become part of business.
Job Responsibility:
- Receiving requests from the Account Management Team for new job requisition.
- Creating job postings in internal ATS to via integrated Dashboard's job sites and professional networking sites.
- Sourcing the candidates from various resources strategically & Shortlist as per Job Description or Requisition received.
- Attending job fairs and other events.
- Mapping the availability of the talents geographically and outreach.
- Prepare interview notes on the key skills and parameters like knowledge, skills, abilities, and other characteristics.
- Creating Talent Pool of candidates for future requirements
- Conduct preliminary interviews of potential candidates.
- Create interview notes on the key skills and parameters like knowledge, skills, abilities and other characteristics.
- Recruiting candidates within a preset timeframe for continued business productivity.
- Timely update on Bullhorn with status from job posting to all the process.
- Timely follow up on feedback or status on the profile working.
- Meet the set KPI's.
Skill & Knowledge:
- Must have relevant experience in Recruitment's with Oil & Gas preferably.
- Working experience in ATS & should have sourcing experience in social platforms.
- Good Networking, Head Hunting and have negotiation skills.
