Lead Recruiter
- Manage the entire recruiting life cycle from planning and sourcing to candidate assessment and offers
- Leverage a variety of sources including referrals, ATS, job boards, social media and like to attract qualified candidates
- Recruit effectively to continually improve on KPIs/metrics and industry benchmarks
- Function as in-house consultant and subject matter expert in recruitment and staffing
- Effectively support multiple client needs and manage against tight hiring deadlines for business critical roles
- Partner with business stakeholders, leadership, human resources and hiring managers to facilitate a strategic, effective and efficient recruiting process
- Conduct various types of analytics to support the business operations, develop creative insights that accelerate business performance and set systems in place to track performance
- Acts as a conduit between top management, employees and other stakeholders
- Demonstrate good knowledge in a variety of technology concepts, practices and procedures; specifically technologies around software product engineering and emerging technologies.
