Job Purpose :
The incumbent would be responsible for developing talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans at the corporate office
The incumbent will, therefore:
- Act as a key source of getting the right talent and building a pool of people talented and culturally aligned individuals.
- Own Talent Acquisition strategy, Policies & Processes.
Key Deliverables :
- Design, develop and execution of recruitment strategy (Pan India)
- Partner with business leaders to identify and strategize on their hiring needs.
- Formulate various Talent Acquisition policies, processes, practices for company
- Responsible for Campus Recruitment & Leadership Hiring
- Leading employment branding initiatives
- Perform sourcing to fill niche positions.
- Knowledge of Compensation & Benefits
Required Candidate Skills:
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
- Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
- A leader and strategic thinker
- Should have a sharp eye for talented people and a steady commitment to helping them find success in our company.
