- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Lead Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team.
- In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of recruiters, developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, and ensuring the delivery of top talent for the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 7-8 recruiters, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with the company's hiring goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for open positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and define candidate profiles.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to manage the hiring process efficiently.
- Develop and track key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate) to measure performance.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
- Foster a positive candidate experience and build strong relationships with candidates.
- Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in recruitment for non-IT roles
