Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy:


- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for front-level positions.

Sourcing:


- Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals to identify and attract qualified candidates.

Screening and Interviewing:


- Conduct thorough screening of resumes and applications, and lead the interview process to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Candidate Engagement:


- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Collaboration:


- Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs and provide timely updates on recruitment progress.

Pipeline Management:


- Maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Employer Branding:


- Promote the company as an employer of choice through effective communication of our values, culture, and growth opportunities.

Reporting:


- Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality, to track the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.

Compliance:


- Ensure all recruitment practices comply with local employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

Experience:


- Minimum of 1 years of experience in recruitment, with focus on front-level hiring.

Skills:


- Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills, with a proven ability to attract and hire top talent.

Communication:


- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and build relationships with stakeholders.

Technology:


- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools and platforms.

Organizational Skills:


- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.

Team Leadership:


- Experience leading and mentoring a team of recruiters is a plus.

Education:


- Bachelor's/PG degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
