RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Coordinating all public relations activities.
2. Developing a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics.
3. Developing a media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print and online media.
4. Managing enquiries from media, individuals and other organizations.
5. Researching, writing and distributing press releases to targeted media.
6. Planning publicity strategies and campaigns
7. Organizing events including press conferences and press tours
8. Analyzing media coverage
9. Distributing information about new promotional opportunities and current PR campaigns progress
10. Build strong relationships with all Management Stakeholders and proactively manage PR calendar. Ideate on new strategies and ideas with Management Team.
11. Understand Brand's business, industry issues, products and services offered, key customers and competitors in the marketplace
12. Invest in industry research to be able to guide content writers to produce quality content
13. Manage reporting formats monthly.
REQUIREMENTS :
- At least 7-8 years of PR agency/Brand PR experience is required; experience with technology clients preferred
- English languages skills, both spoken and written, should be flawless
- Genuine curiosity, and passion for technology brands
- Proven success in building relationships with business/tech/online media to pitch stories from multiple angles
- Be results driven and self-motivated.
- Must have worked in both B2C & B2B brands/ projects.
